About the event
Dive inwards with Kimberly Michelle of Soma Soul Sanctuary for an evening of healing, self-love, restorative postures & energy balancing. Restorative yoga is the practice of using props and blankets to support our bodies and allow them to feel fully nurtured and cared for as we rest in longer, gentle poses. This practice assists us to regulate our system through tapping into the rest and digest response in the body.
Reiki means Universal Life Force Energy. It is a healing, soothing, rejuvenating, gentle beam of light, and love channeled to you that activates the natural healing processes of the individual’s body and restore physical, emotional, mental and spiritual well-being.
~ Join Kim for a 90-minute practice where you will get to surrender into stillness, be offered healing love & light, release and ground. . The circle to a maximum of 13 participants at the Saskatoon Heavenly Reiki location but you can also join us from the comfort of your own home online via ZOOM . Use this time to nurture and acknowledge yourself! Rest in inner peace to receive the wisdom of your experiences and past month. . What you need:
At least two blankets and two pillows. Yoga mat. Optional: Bolster and meditation cushion IF you have them. . *Do not feel obligated to purchase anything for this class. What you have in your home is enough and we will explain how to use what you have!!* . The gathering will be hosted on Location at Saskatoon Heavenly and Online Live through Zoom. If you are camera shy, you may turn your video off but I do encourage you to have the video ON so support can be offered with the posture placement AND to send reiki your way!! . The first event will take place on: Wednesday, June 8th, 2022 at Saskatoon Heavenly Reiki and LIVE via ZOOM (no recording) 7:00-8:30 PM CST SASKATOON, SASKATCHEWAN .
