Monday Meditations- Awaken Intuition

This is an ever changing meditation that has been channeled to support the changes in your awakening. An awakening is essentially an awareness of the present and in-sight of what’s really going on, opening doors to clarity. It is not easy for many of us to sit with ourselves, as our minds have been effected by our past conditioning and social conditioning. We are hard wired but not stuck to ruminate on the past or over thinking and in planning our future.

This meditation is evolving to slowly return us back to ourselves, the balance of our light and dark essence.

What can happen by practicing this group meditation?

-Clarity.

-Release of depression and anxiety.

-Emotional Awareness .

-Reduced time on physical healing and processing of trauma and triggers.

Our bodies are self-healing, when we give it time to reset and mend. This is usually done in our sleeping state and many of us don’t sleep well. This can set root issues deep into the physical body. This can manifest all sorts of physical ailments within the body.

Saskatoon Heavenly Reiki events are very Earth connected and in-balance with the Cosmos. It’s very important to the teachers in this space to keep that balance. Those that join are are safe, secure and there is no judgment of others allowed.
