GIGGLE YOGA(ish)

I have had this yoga(ish) class in my mind for soooo long. I’m so happy to finally be launching it at Ki’smet Co. in Saskatoon on Wednesday, August 23rd at 7pm.

What is Giggle Yoga(ish)? This is a more YIN(ish) class meaning we will be holding poses for what seems like forever!!  The music will be a familiar sound, and I am always happy to hear singing in my classes   Everyone is required to bring at least one joke, but the more the merrier!   

Please also bring: 

A yoga mat 

A pillow 

and blanket for final rest 

Props: blocks, straps, bolster, ect.  (If you don’t have, don’t worry, vI will have some mats and blocks available for purchase.)
