Fuck GRIEF Retreat- A Sacred Sister Gathering.... for the holiday blues.

Join Katie, Kiernan & Nichole on October 27th from 7pm to 10pm! This 3-hour Retreat offers a holistic approach to relaxation and rejuvenation. 

This evening will start with a beautiful creation of Cacao and conversation. 

You are invited to be completely as you are. No need to dim your light, we want you to shine. This will lead to a beautiful grounding with TBA, which will hold the presents of Mother Earth. This is a gentle way to connect with Earth, to allow release of energy that we have collected during our lives and has stagnated. 

Then to follow will be a glorious meditation and conversation with Access Bars, a gentle healing technique that helps release limiting beliefs and negative emotions. During the sessions of meditation and conversation, you will experience Reiki, a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that promotes healing. 

The event will also include singing bowls, which will help you calm your mind and enter a deep state of relaxation. Tuning forks will also be used to help balance your energy and promote healing.

Overall, this Retreat Evening is an opportunity for you to relax, rejuvenate, and connect with yourself and others. You will leave feeling refreshed, energized, and connected to your inner self. We look forward to seeing you there!
