'Dopamine, a chemical messenger in your brain that governs motivation, movement, memory, mood, sleep, and behavior regulation, is central to the brain's reward system. It rewards you whenever you engage in a beneficial behavior and motivates you to repeat the behavior.'
Some signs of low dopamine.... -You lack motivation, “the drive.” -You’re tired. -You can’t concentrate. -You’re moody or anxious. -You don’t feel pleasure from previously enjoyable experiences. -You’re depressed; you feel hopeless. -You have a low sex drive. -You have trouble sleeping or have disturbed sleep.
Come join in some activities that raise your levels of dopamine and reduce the stress hormones.

Energy exchange is $30 per person for a one hour of elevating the senses to raise our dopamine together!
