ASTARA- A divinely guided event

Astara, means STAR in Greek. Our beings have the elements, that are made of the cosmos, the stars. We are also that energy. The light within shines when we are feeling light with laughter and joy, it gets so bright, that it pulls people in like moths to a flame. When we feel down, trapped or like we need to be quiet, our light dims. This will be a day for letting your light out, shining it out bright and as open as you feel you can.

This event is being created by divine guidance. Bringing those together that need each other at this very moment. In a space that holds no judgement but holds only unconditional love, Mother Earth's nurturing and so much light.

Events will be posted here for the day; you will be able to book your favourite practice of restoring your balance with those who will be at SHR as a practitioner or a presenter. There will be tea, treats and great company available to connect with in celebrating you Star light.

* 1:35pm - 2:40pm: Kriya for intention setting and intro to Kundalini with Alecia - intentions-yoga.ca

* BREAK - Refreshments, tea & light snacks provided - Treatment - Socialize & Shopping time *

*3:25pm - 4:00pm: Tune your Biofield - new sound healing with Linda Wirt- Tuneyourbiofield.com

*4:00pm - 5:30pm: Chakra toning & light language activation with Janessa

*6:15pm - 7:15pm: Presentation on Theta- with Harry Peter

*8:30pm - 9:00pm: Closing circle Earth and cosmic blessing download.

Practitioners available this day-

Room 1- Tayler with Anomalistic empath will be doing ionic foot baths for $25 each. First come first served.

Room 2- Harry Peter will be providing Theta Healing sessions, for $40 each. First come, first served.

Room 3- Theresa Tree will be offering Hand/Foot reflexology, 30-minute sessions for $25 each. First come, first served

Room 4- Shari Poitras with Empowered souls is providing Tea Leaf readings for $20 each. First come first served.

Room 5- Jessica with Aphrodytes Esthetics will be offering $15 for the brow wax and tint or $30 for express pedi and relaxation massage. First come first served.

Room 6- Jolene with Kaizen Therapeutic Massage will be offering 10-minute hand massages for $20 each. First come first served.

Room 7- Janessa with Cosmic Energy Massage & Healing will be offering 30-minute sound healing and reiki sessions for $20 each or 20-minute card reading for $10 each. First come first served.

Room 8- Linda Wirt with Tune your Biofield will be offering 20-minute Sound Relaxation Therapy for $25 each. First come, first served. Tuneyourbiofield.com

Kimberly Michelle with Soma Soul Sanctuary will be offering 30 minute Chakra Balancing Reiki Treatments for $25 each.  First come, first served.
