"For 31 Days, I challenge you to join me in delving deep into your present state of body, mind and soul. Starting December 1st, 2022.

Together let’s walk through hate, anger, frustration and disappointment. In the safety of your home and in your own time. Give yourself permission to see with-in to make peace with the dark that holds fear. It’s ok to let go.

This is about remembering our purpose and it’s beautiful.

Daily a meditation will be posted on the links provided below. As they are shared, it’s up to you if you want to do it every day or not. You may pick and choose when and what you are willing to work on each day.

There is no judgement. This challenge is about you, for. It will benefit you to journal your thoughts each time you accept the challenge.

Conversation is welcome after each meditation but not necessary. If you have questions, message us to explore your process as we go."
